Q. I have ‘tennis elbow’. What can I do about it?

A. ‘Tennis elbow’ is a degenerative condition caused by repetitive aggravation of the elbow and arm. Activities that are common to cause ‘tennis elbow’ include; unaccustomed hand use such as painting, hammering or typing, excessive gripping, poor forearm strength or playing excessive tennis.
