One-on-one & group Clinical Pilates

One-on-one Clinical Pilates is a fully supervised, tailored consultation with our Physiotherapist.

Group Clinical Pilates has a maximum of 5 patients, is longer in duration, and with a lower level of individual supervision. To qualify for our group, you must first have graduated from one-on-one Clinical Pilates.
