Group Physio Exercise

Group Physio Exercise helps to strength and condition the muscles supporting the spine. It is appropriate for all ages, and is gentle in nature. Our Physiotherapists use the latest equipment including Pilates reformers, trapeze table & the Wundachair.

Group Physio Exercise has a maximum of 4 patients, is longer in duration, and with a lower level of individual supervision. To qualify for our group, you must first have graduated from one-on-one exercises.

Monday 10am, 5.30pm

Tuesday 10am, 11am, 4pm

Wednesday 5.30pm, 6.30pm

Thursday 10am, 5.30pm

Friday 5pm, 6pm

Saturday, 10am, 11am

Class times may vary due to Stage 4 restrictions.
