What is Pilates?
Pilates is a full-body exercise regime that emphasises core stability, body alignment and awareness. With the help of our qualified instructors, clients perform strength, flexibility and range of motion exercises.
Pilates may be performed by people of any age or fitness level in order to treat pain, improve flexibility, range of motion and core strength.
It focuses on the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries by designing a tailored Pilates exercise regime with our Physiotherapist on the basis of a detailed physiotherapy assessment. These individual exercises target problem areas ensuring greater results and minimising the risk of injury re-aggravation.

12 classes at $516 (valued at $43 a session), 6 classes at $276.00 (valued at $46.00 a session) Singles at $64.00 each session
Due to the limited number of spaces you will be required to give the physiotherapist 24 hours no-tice of any cancellation.
Bulk sessions are to be paid in one transaction, and used within 6 weeks, remaining sessions will be forfeited.

*For those who have prepaid, receipts can be submitted to your health fund with the receipts given after each session.
*Single session can also be given to your health fund with your receipts.

It is a requirement that all patients who wish to attend the class book an assessment to address any specific requirements, conditions and suitability with the Physiotherapist before commencing the group class.
