Having worked as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in a broad range of settings from managing a hospital allied health department to working with athletes competing at the recent Tokyo Olympics, Sam’s depth of experience provides him with the skills and applied knowledge to help you get the most out of your wellbeing.
Sam’s areas of interest and expertise include musculoskeletal pain and injuries, diabetes, and exercising for performance (he loves nothing more than seeing social runners achieve their first run goal). He understands the many common barriers to exercise and will work with you to make sure exercise fits your lifestyle, not the other way around.
A recent import from Sydney, when he’s not working with clients you’ll find Sam walking his puppy (Dusty), attempting (poorly) to surf and checking out the local music scene.
