Cancellation Policy

Our priority is your health, and always will be.

To keep things running smoothly, we have updated our policy to align with many other clinics.

We now require 24 hours notice of any changes or cancellations, so it gives us time to reallocate your time to another person in need. Communicating with us early, also has a very positive impact on the health of others, especially when appointments can be scarce at times.

Of course, we will continue to show grace in times of hardship, bereavement and illness.

Therefore it is expected that if you cannot keep an appointment with us, you contact us immediately at (03) 9850 7720 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will not accept cancellations via email.

Please note our Cancellation Policy:
Please call with a minimum of 24 hrs’ notice if you cannot attend. Emails are not accepted, therefore please call the clinic during business hours. **Monday appointments need to be cancelled via phone before 12 pm Saturday.

This policy applies to all clients

If there is a late cancellation or failure to attend, we will offer you another time with one of our therapists on the same day as your missed appointment. You also have the option of a telehealth appointment which can be promptly organised. If both of the 2 options are not viable, the full cost of your consultation fee will be charged.
