Ensuring continuity of care is of utmost important to us
Therefore it is expected that if you cannot keep an appointment with us, that you contact us immediately on (03) 9850 7720 to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We will not accept cancelations via email.
Please note the full cost of your consultation fee is payable if appointments before 12pm are not cancelled by 5pm the day prior OR appointments after 12 pm are not cancelled with a minimum 4 hours notice.
This policy applies to all clients including Worksafe, TAC, NDIS, DVA etc.
If in the event of a late cancellation or failure to show, we will offer you another time with one of our therapists at our discretion on the same day of your missed appointment. In the event that we do not have another time available, or you are unable to accept the newly offer time, the full cost of your consultation fee will be charged.
