Are you trying to conceive or optimise your fertility?

Managing PCOS, endometriosis, or a hormonal condition?

Looking for evidence-based nutrition support tailored to your health goals?

Celeste is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) specialising in fertility, reproductive, and metabolic health.

Celeste works with women who are trying to conceive, managing PMOS (formally PCOS) or endometriosis, navigating unexplained infertility, or preparing their body for IVF and assisted reproductive treatments – conditions that respond meaningfully to targeted, evidence-based nutrition intervention.

What sets Celeste apart is not just what she knows, but how she works. She is known for building authentic, lasting relationships with her clients, the kind where people feel genuinely heard, not handed a meal plan and sent on their way. Her approach goes beyond prescribing what to eat. She gets to the root of eating behaviour, helping clients understand why change has felt hard before, and building practical strategies that make eating well feel simple and sustainable in the long term.

Research shows that diet is a contributing factor in up to 46% of infertility cases, yet nutrition is consistently underutilised in fertility care. Celeste bridges that gap, working collaboratively alongside GPs and fertility specialists to integrate targeted nutrition support into broader medical treatment rather than operating in isolation.

Beyond fertility, Celeste provides nutrition education and coaching to men and women with chronic disease, metabolic and hormonal health conditions.

With a clinical background grounded in evidence-based practice, she works with people to address conditions including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, thyroid dysfunction, and hormonal imbalances. Her approach prioritises building a genuine understanding of each client’s health history, lifestyle, and relationship with food, translating complex clinical nutrition into practical, everyday strategies that are manageable long-term and bring back the joy in eating.
