Peter is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with years of experience training healthy and chronic populations. He has also played football at a high level and understands what it takes to achieve your desired outcomes.

Peter’s holistic approach involves making sure you focus on moving the correct way to complete daily activities easier. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and squatting are common movements in your everyday life that you should be doing without second-guessing yourself. Strengthening your muscles at length and training these movements will give you the best opportunity to live your fittest and strongest life.

Peter’s hobbies include his love for AFL, soccer, cars, the gym, and spending time with family and friends.
