Having previously competed at a State and National level in Aerobic Gymnastics for over 8 years, Sam is passionate about helping athletes recover from injury and perform at their best. She was also an Aerobic Gymnastics coach and understands the demands and nature of high-level sports.
Sam combines her years of experience as a Personal Trainer and High-Performance Coach with her knowledge of Physiotherapy to provide a holistic and individualized approach. She strongly advocates utilizing strength training and exercise as part of injury prevention and recovery.
Samantha has extensive experience in running group exercise classes and is also Clinical Pilates certified. She prides herself on taking a nurturing and personalized approach to help you return to doing the things you love. Even if you are a beginner Sam will be able to guide you. On the other hand, if you have been attending group exercise classes for years, Sam will be able to challenge you.
Outside the clinic, Samantha has recently started training for half marathons. She enjoys training with friends to stay social and active. In her downtime, Sam regularly practices running specific strengthening exercises to prevent running related injuries and to help maximise her performance.
